Less than 12 hours after the candlelight vigil to honour the life of Terrecheal Sebastian on Tuesday, vindication came as many awoke to welcome news following the gruesome incident, the second of its kind in less than two weeks. Many turned out participate and offer their support to the family mourning the life of the young lady whose life was cut short.
