2020 was no doubt a year of many challenges for people across many sectors.

However NDC Caretaker for St. Patrick West Constituency Joseph Andall says, viewing the glass half full rather than half empty will change the way 2020 is perceived.

He urged leaders to use the year as a stepping stone towards the decisions of 2021 and further; suggesting that the previous year be the eyes of those in authority to what can be changed for the betterment of the country.

One of the issues which stood out most to Andall was the need for better food security in Grenada. He said with the closure of borders in the earlier part of 2020, it became evident that the country needed to be better able to feed itself, especially in times of need.

Andall was the guest on GBN’s To the Point Program.
