Charges of non-capital murder were laid against 22 year old Jallil Smith and 23 year old Cassius Smith both of Edward Street, Gouyave.
Both men were arrested and charged in connection with the death of 31 year old Lennon Marshall of Upper Depradine Street, Gouyave, who died as a result of injuries sustained during an altercation on Saturday 7th December 2019.
The two men who were represented by attorney Arley Gill made their first court appearance at the Gouyave Magistrate’s Court on Tuesday 10th December 2019 and were remanded to her majesty’s prison.
They will reappear in court on December 30th.
