A teenager was remanded at the Grand Bacolet Juvenile Rehabilitation and Treatment Centre today for the death of thirty four year old Marvin Francis of Duquesne St. Mark.
The male teenager who is one month shy of his eighteenth birthday is charged with Non-Capital Murder.
He made his first court appearance on Monday at the number two Magistrates’ Court in St. George’s and will return to court on the 28th of November at the Victoria Magistrates Court.
Police say Francis received several chop wounds to the body. He was pronounced dead at the scene of the incident.
The incident took place last week Thursday sometime after 7:00 p.m. in Duquesne.
