The high court on Thursday approved the appointment of five medical experts in a civil court matter involving Evan smith, Donal Kavanaugh, and Sarah Hotton.
the matter which dates back to June 2020 began when a dog owned by a Caucasian family, was allegedly run over and killed by Evan smith, in the fort Jeudy area in St. George.
