Silversands Grenada has announced the appointment of Narelle McDougall as General Manager. Ms. McDougall brings a diverse and comprehensive background with more than 20 years’ experience in luxury resorts and hotels.
Silversands Grenada opened in December 2018 bringing a new level of modern luxury to Grenada. With heartfelt service, locally driven cuisine and ultra-sleek design, including the longest pool in the Caribbean, the property has quickly established itself as one of the most exciting and fashionable resorts in the region.
In the role of General Manager at Silversands Grenada, Ms. McDougall will be responsible for continuing the momentum of operational aspects of the resort, further bolster the hotel’s reputation and commercial success, while enhancing the guest experience on property.
Prior to joining Silversands Grenada, Ms. McDougall held leadership positions at a number of boutique and deluxe properties in locations such as the Maldives, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Bali and Singapore.
Ms. McDougall is passionate about delivering first class service to guests, nurturing team members and establishing excellent relationships with the local community. As she steps into the role of General Manager, Ms. McDougall will draw on her high-level luxury experience to ensure the ongoing success of Silversands Grenada.
