Sheldon “Dutch” Bain, had his prison sentence, reduced from eighty to thirty eight years. The court of appeal has determined that the previous sentence was “excessive”, in view of the time that elapsed since ‘Dutch’ was convicted.
His attorney Cajeton Hood says however he believes that the thirty eight years should be further reduced and will be taking the matter to the Privy Council.
