The boyfriend of St. Mark’s victim Shennel Alexis is facing murder charge for her death.
Police have slapped a charge of Non-Capital Murder on 49 year old Mitch Phillip in connection with the death of 23 year old Shennel Alexis who resided at Victoria St Mark.
