Fishing has been the livelihood for many residents on the sister isle of Petite Martinique for years.
As a means of cutting costs on fuel and extended hours out at sea the climate smart agriculture rural enterprise program (SAEP) has deployed fishing aggregate device (FAD) there last Tuesday.
