Residents of Richmond Home were gifted with much needed items that will be used to enhance their stay at the facility. The items accumulate to roughly $7, 500.00 us dollars and were donated by the Grenada Nurses association in the U.S also known as Grey Carpet nurses.

This is just one of the many contributions made by the Association to Grenada during its more than 40 years of existence. Laurel Brizan Jorden is one of the founding members of the Association.

According to Dereck James head of the office of the diaspora in Grenada, the association played an integral role in Grenada’s fight against COVID 19.

Senior nursing Officer Paula Lessey who accepted the donation on behalf of the home, thanked the organization for its contribution saying it will go a long way in assisting residents.
