As Grenadians prepare to enjoy the Easter weekend, the Royal Grenada Police Force has rolled out its plans to ensure the safety of everyone.
Superintendent Damian Lee in Charge of the Eastern Division issued a notice to the general public.
A special appeal was made to the nation’s youth by Inspector Roy Nelson in Charge of the Sauteurs Police Station.
ASP Trevor Rodney Second in Charge of the Central Division said that police presence will be beefed up, especially in certain ‘hot spot’ areas. He is asking for the public’s cooperation.
Head of the Community Relations Department, ASP Desmond Richards spoke about recent incidents of robbery and is appealing to people to be vigilant.
ASP Richards also cautioned parents and guardians about leaving their children unattended.
