One month has elapsed since labour minister Peter David was expected to make a recommendation on the retroactive payment of the 4 percent salary increases to members of the Public Workers Union and Technical and Allied Workers Union.
The Joint negotiating Team rejected the retroactive payment of the 4 percent salary increase for January to July by way of bonds.
They instead countered with a full cash payment plan at the end of July inclusive of the retroactive salaries.
