Real Value Iga Supermarket has launched a new initiative that encourages customers to use their small change, to make a difference in the lives of people in Grenada.
According to the marketing manager, Cheryl Rennie, the Grenada Cancer Society will be the first recipient of this kind gesture from the supermarket.
On Monday, Real Value IGA Supermarket launched its “Change for Change” programme, where customers can now help any charitable organization by donating their change at the end of every purchase.
Marketing manager of Real Value IGA supermarket, Cheryl Rennie, says the Grenada cancer society will be the first recipient.
Rennie said customers will also be afforded the opportunity to choose a charity to be part of the program.
Customers contributing to the ‘change for change’ program will be entered in a draw so that they too can be recipients of gifts from the real value IGA supermarket.
