The climate Smart Agriculture and Rural Enterprise Programme (SEAP) ends in march 2024, making way for a new project. The final consultation for SAEP’s replacement was held recently at the southern agricultural district office at La Sagesse, St. David. Discussion focused on the concept note, project design and implementation plan for the project.
