Her Majesty’s Prison will be Murder accused Mitch Phillip’s place of residence until July in the first instance.
He is charged with the death of his girlfriend Shennel Alexis of St. Mark.
Phillips made his first appearance in court on Friday to answer to a charge of Non-capital murder.
