Having the managerial issues clearly identified by government via a report which surround the use of tractors for farm land preparation, a motion to resuscitate the program was introduced by Agriculture Senator Roderick St Clair.
Citing the importance of such a program to increasing production, productivity and effectively utilizing mechanization in agriculture, Senator St Clair said it warrants a program restart.
