MINISTER SIMON STIELL ON COP 26

The most important climate change conference since the 2015 Paris agreement says minister for Climate Resilience and the environment Simon Stiell.

Stiell who recently returned from Glasgow says Cop 26 sought to operationalize what was negotiated in Paris and enforce those agreements on how to manage climate change.
