Prime Minister Dr. Keith Mitchell in addressing the nation over the weekend announced, that LIAT workers are among the newest group of employees to request financial assistance from government.
This comes on the heels of an earlier announcement made by Antigua’s Prime Minister that the cash strapped airline will be liquidated.
