Dennison George, a lawyer by profession has been embarking on a number of initiatives in St Andrew and by extension, Grenada.
George said this is the 3rd year of donating supplies to the different hospitals throughout Grenada and he expressed satisfaction in which these items are used.
George noted however, that while the supplies were made available, they were on the port for 3 months before they were properly cleared.
Director of hospital services, Dr. Carol Mc Intosh said some of these items are given to patients to assist with their ‘at home’ care after being discharged from the hospital.
A donation table has been formed to allow an easier and more efficient process, as it relates to people in the diaspora willing to donate any medical supplies to Grenada.
