The life of Grenadian born Canadian citizen, Dr Jean Augustine – from her childhood, will be told though a documentary.

Speaking at the Keith Mitchell Foundation 2019 Scholarship presentation on Thursday, Dr Augustine spoke of what can be expected.

According to her biography, Dr Augustine was born in 1937 and raised by her grandmother after her father died.

Having attained numerous education successes, Dr Augustine made history for Grenada and the Caribbean in 1993.

Dr Augustine served as the Member of Parliament for the Toronto-area Riding of Etobicoke-Lakeshore, winning four consecutive elections until her retirement from politics in 2006.
