DEATH OF A CULTURAL ICON

The calypso arena has lost a cultural icon.

Sandra ‘singing Sandra’ Des Vignes of Trinidad and Tobago passed away on Thursday at the age of 64.

News of her death broke just before 7am on Thursday, but an official cause has yet to be revealed.
