The office of the director of public prosecutions has taken a decision to Nolle Prosequi a non-capital murder charge brought against 23-year-old Belmont, St. George resident, Steven Buckmire, in October 2022. The matter is scheduled to come up before High Court Judge, Madame Justice Paula Gilford, at the St. George’s number one high court on Monday.
