Prime minister Dr. Keith Mitchell has proposed a formula for Grenada and its citizens to return to a level of normalcy.
The vaccination of 60 percent of the population is the prerequisite formula, which the prime minister highlighted would be the same recipe in determining whether spice mas 2021 will be held.
He added that masks may still be worn once the virus is around during that period.
