The sixteenth annual CANQATE conference will be held for the first time in Grenada.
CANQATE, or the Caribbean area network for quality assurance in tertiary education will take place from October 22 to 24.
This year’s theme “creating and enabling environment for the pursuit of quality tertiary education”, seeks to highlight the transformation that higher education or institutions will make on individuals.
The objectives of CANQATE are to enable members to share information about the maintenance, evaluation, accreditation and improvement of higher education and to disseminate good practices in the field of Quality Assurance.
The conference will be held at the Radisson Beach Resort, where a number of key note speakers from various tertiary institutions across the Caribbean will be present.
Registration is ongoing and the officials from the GNAB are urging tertiary institutions and organizations in Grenada to register to be a part of this experience.
