NDC Caretaker for St Andrew North East Tessa St Cyr believes not enough politicians are publicly coming out to reprimand and admonish supporters for ungentlemanly behaviours.
St Cyr who also serves as a senator in the Upper House of Parliament says some behaviours hinge on bullying which should never be condoned.
She says it has become a culture in some parts where gutter politics is the name of the game however she says it is time for change.
