In just under a year, the relationship between the government of Grenada and Warren Newfield, the developer for the Kimpton Kawana Bay Resort, has taken a dramatic turn from sweet to sour.
In a release on Thursday true blue development along with two affiliated entities and its U.S shareholders announced they have brought arbitration before the International Centre for the settlement of investment disputes against the government of Grenada.
