Lawyers representing the harbour master say the peters brothers and their legal representatives are been unreasonable when it comes to the negotiation of releasing the vessel on bail.
Cajeton Hood one of the lawyers representing the harbour master says that his colleague Delon Charles along with another lawyer based in Trinidad, has attempted to reach an agreement with the brothers and their legal team, on a reasonable amount of money to be placed in the magistrate court pending the ruling of the civil matter.
This is yet to be done says the lawyer, as the figures presented by Anderson and his brother are absurd.
The lawyer warns that if the brothers are not successful in their civil suit, someone will have to pay for the loss of his clients.
Hood believes that his clients are been treated wrongly on many levels and indicated that he is not one to back down when it comes to justice.
He is now investigating the DDP’s move to discontinue the private criminal charges brought against the brothers, before making his next move.
