The Caribbean examinations council is making a major move into the digital age. CXC has confirmed that artificial intelligence will now be permitted in assessments, particularly in school-based assessments, once it is used under five guiding standards which the council says is “there to protect” and “to help.” CXC’s director of operations, Dr. Nicole Manning, made the announcement.
