Government says it is working on a comprehensive plan to address the issue of non-functioning traffic lights on the island.
The lights have been a sore issue for the past two years and the police say they are now outdated.
The lone functioning system is located in Paradise, St Andrew.
Senator Dr Winston Garraway says government is working to have the issue rectified.
