Spicemas Corporation Ceo, Cecil Noel, has announced that this year’s Monday Night Mas will feature significant changes in the management of participating bands. Speaking on the NDC heartbeat program, noel gave assurances of greater focus on time management to ensure a smooth event. One notable change is the starting point for the Monday Night Mas parade, which will now begin by Lexus inn Belmont main road, rather than near the Grand Anse post office.
