On social media, the views have been outpouring, many calling the failed referendum a huge loss for Grenada and others a missed opportunity.

On the streets of St. George, some offered varying perspectives on the outcome.

According to the public more emphasis needs to be placed on engaging and sensitizing the general public on these civic issues.

Others are of the view that this second failed referendum is prophecy being fulfilled.

The first failed attempt to allow to the Caribbean Court of Justice was on November 24th, 2016.
